First aid & CPR/AED course: 38 hours
This course is proposed to lifeguarding course participants who do not have a first aid & CPR/AED certificate. The course includes 5 to 6 intensive sessions, for a total of 38 hours. The meetings usually take place during the first trimester of the lifeguarding course.
Lifeguards must renew their CPR/AED certification every 2 years (a review course of 6 hours).
A review course can be given if scheduled in advance.
