Step two a senior lifeguard

  Lifeguards with 24 month experience (non-continuous experience as well), are allowed to take the qualifying exam of “advanced lifeguard- step 2”. Advanced lifeguard will get higher wages and will be the senior lifeguard at the pool when there are few lifeguards on duty.
